    • Exclude heavy, greasy, salty, spicy foods from the diet.  It is recommended to enrich the menu with healthy foods that have a lot of vitamins, micro and macro elements. These include fresh fruits, vegetables, berries, herbs, lean meats, fish, dairy products, whole grains.     Drink enough water. During the day it is advisable to drink 1.5 - 2 liters of ordinary table water without gas.  Avoid strong coffee and tea.

What not to do before treatment:
